The large Canadian cold front, which expanded from west Canadian shores to most all Canada, was also joined by the Greenland Ice Sheet cold front, that circled west around north Greenland, then proceeded southwest. Some of the cold is progressing to east coast U.S. states, but most of the cold is & will take over Alaska (which it weakly has for days) & the Canadian Northwest Territories. The split is & will allow warm fronts from U.S. to proceed north to add warmth to Canada, which has been cold for weeks. Meanwhile, warmth should maintain its grip in the High Arctic, thus continuing the Present High Arctic Berserker, PHAB or FAB
, at least for a short term.
Oh, yeah.... not mentioned previously. The FAB
has extended longer than any previous extended period of continuous over-temperatures on the High Arctic. Compared to High Arctic over-temperature periods of 30, 40, 50+ years ago, FAB
is 3 to 4(?) TIMES LONGER. As much as the quick 20degC over-temperature that FAB
had in November 2016, this period of uninterrupted High Arctic heat is stunning.... except to me, who has been noting continuous High Arctic over-temperature expansions for years.

Present High Arctic Berserker, PHAB, or FAB
has leaped from 4degC to 11 degC over-temperature over almost 4 million square kilometers, as I was expecting. Ninety (?) days ago, I looked forward to the Present High Arctic Berserker obtaining 150 straight days length. Such has occurred. Sixty days ago, I talked of the Present High Arctic Berserker reaching 200 straight days... & FAB
is well on its way to 200 straight days.... & beyond?

Oh, oh, oh..... oh, oh! Looky looky. Previously, the warm front that pushed the cold front off the Greenland Ice Sheets? Well, the warm front really took over the Greenland Ice Sheet, as warmth continued to sweep onto the GIS from the south. The warm front on the GIS was still cold as the temperature of the weather on Canadian Northwest Territories & islands. BBBUUUTTTTTT now... some of that warm front slid off the GIS into the High Arctic. Down slope heating really increased the warm front temperatures as it slid into the territory of the Present High Arctic Berserker or PHAB or FAB
. There's where the quick, strong leap of temperature from 4degC to 11degC came from!!!
Cool..... or hot! Oh, its just the Present High Arctic Berserker or PHAB or FAB

I notice that "climate scientist" didn't return after "spot" and "surface detail" showed up. I suppose that it was too embarrassing to be supported by people that couldn't add 2 and 2 and get 4.

That's too bad because he was actually trying to make a point that wasn't very clear but could have real information in it.

Looks like the jet stream helped push the warm front off the GIS into the High Arctic. & possibly the previous cold front that was on the GIS was also pushed off the GIS by the jet stream.

The jet stream is transporting warm air from the mid-atlantic states eastward off-shore. After plowing through some cold air, the jet stream moves strongly to the north, quickly delivering the warm air to the Greenland Ice Sheet, then as quickly moving the air into the High Arctic. Yeah, first a cold front is driven off the GIS, replaced by warm air. Then, the warm air is driven off the GIS, into the High Arctic, replaced by more warm air. Its quite the conveyor belt. Looks like the conveyor belt, at its central max speed, is moving 180 to 200+mph.

Someday you'll learn how the jet stream actually works.

Then you just MIGHT realize that such north and south excursions are completely normal.

Warmth has been building for some days on the U.S. mainland. It appears the heat from it, will be moving north. A cold front extending from Alaska to eastern Canada, looks to be pushed even further north, actually sending cold onto the Greenland Ice Sheet. It'll be interesting to see how the cold front reacts between the north proceeding U.S. warm front & the warm front already in the High Arctic.

The original U.S. warm front (now in Canada) is working to break thru the cold front in far north Alaska/Canada. To that end the warm front is bulldozing the Alaska cold towards eastern Siberia. Possibly this warm-cold contention has driven some of the high Canadian cold to retreat to the High Arctic, actually depressing temperatures of the Present High Arctic Berserker, PHAB, or FAB
from its recent 15degC over-temperature to "only" 11degC over-temperature. If the warm front can break the cold front, more warmth could flow to the FAB

Again, while the warm front continues bulldozing the cold front to the north (& to both sides), the FAB
temperature continues to drop, now from 15degC over-temperature to "only" 8degC over-temperature.

Fully Acknowledged Bullshit

Can you explain this warm front body slamming?
Can you tell me why this happened?
Was there a pressure gradient?
Height falls?
Where were the highs and lows located?
What were their respective strengths?
Over what distance?
Dew points play any role?
What did the jet structure look like?
A trough?
A ridge?
Jet energy levels?
Sky cover ahead of and behind the "body slammer"?
Was there any TROWEL feature with associated precip?
Terrain that body slammer formed over?
Open water?
Ice covered?
Mountains?

How did CO2 play a role in all of the above?

Strong Siberian & Greenland Ice Sheet cold fronts, in opposition to a strong northward moving warm front originating in the U.S. & a weakening North Pole warm front, the future FAB

"old sick silly sleepy sleezy slimy steenkin' filthy vile reprobate rooting (& rotting) racist pukey proud pig AGW denier liar whiner gaslighter" gushed: I think I get a little stupider just reading something from Chief Dumbass (litesong).

Ah.... I'll catch you up, then. Flynn is gone.

Ketchun ya up, som' more. Puzder is gone.... even before the door stopped swingin' behind Flynn. Too bad. Egotist, sexist, suppressionist Puzder was a fav of "Don'T rump". "Don'T rump" di' na haf ta teach Puzder enything 'bout bein' an egotist, sexist or suppressionist.
Did ah says? Yes, ah did says.
More re-pubic-lick-un heads to follow, till they find "Don'T rump" with his thumb in the plum (colluding with russians to swing the American election).... & I ain't talkin' election dance music.
Authoritarian "dead eyes" Stevy Miller looks like he'll go down with the "Don'T rump" ship. But plenty of rats will be off-loading the dropping "Don'T rump" freeboard. re-pubic-lick-uns got to get the Pence ship off the dry dock quickly, so he'll be able to pilot the country soon. However, the Pence ship ain't gonna have any navigation gear. MAYBE, re-pubic-lick-uns have protected Pence from the "Don'T rump" improper steerings.... but I doubt it. Pence got his own pre-"Don'T rump" inspired hellish helm steerings.
Gee... even Kelly "wrongway" Conway is dancin' sideways. As the water pours on the ship, guess the walkways are gettin' narrow.

The Alaska cold front was bulldozed to the west to eastern Siberia by the previous U.S. warm front that moved north to northern Canada... where it has stalled. Meanwhile, parts of the cold fronts over Siberia & on the Greenland Ice Sheet have slowly been strangling the High Arctic. Over days, the Present High Arctic Berserker, PHAB or FAB
has dropped 10degC, now to 5degC over-temperature. Appears further cooling is in order such that FAB
may drop to its lowest level of over-temperature in 156+ days, now with danger its long life could end.
