Is there a scientifically recognized problem for jet streams related to current climate change?

There are three kinds of climate change: that generated by natural factors; that generated by man; and that generated by economic interests.

Have you come to offer an unambiguous definition for Climate Change or are you just trolling?

If you are talking about the warm winter the US just enjoyed, there is. The Pacific Ocean off of the coast of North America has been unusually warm. This altered the jet stream over both the Pacific and the Atlantic Oceans.
Why the Pacific Ocean is warmer than usual is a matter of conjecture. This event first happened in 2014 and the current warming might go back to 2018. Would have to check the dates of the 2 events to be sure.

It is not possible to measure the temperature of the Pacific ocean.
