I will always consider as classic whenever the claim is made that the "Pentagon" has somehow taken a position on Climate Change, especially when the implication is that the President's Secretary of Defense somehow cannot remain silent on an issue of no consequence to the Defense Department. Polar bears are my poster child.It was predicted they would be extinct by 2000 because of no sea ice to hunt on.Hudson bay has frozen solid for the last 5 years and bears were seen with 3 cubs in tow last year.Once we stopped shooting them the population rebounded.David Attenborough is still telling the masses they are in trouble. |
