110 years ago, the temperature was falling and people were warning about an oncoming ice age. The response was "lets nationalize the oil companies and take away people's rights".
80 years ago, the temperature was skyrocketing and people were warned about the planets becoming too hot to sustain life. The liberals response was "lets nationalize the oil companies and take away people's rights".
50 years ago, the temperature was falling and people were warned about an oncoming ice age. The Liberal response was "lets nationalize the oil companies and take away people's rights".

Now they warn that the weather is too unpredictable and its due to man, and we are warned that there will be more and worse storms. The liberal response was "lets nationalize the oil companies and take away people's rights".

Notice any pattern there. Every 30 years they change their tune but the solution is always the same.
