Think I'll pass on the links... Shouldn't the 'https://youtu.be/DdElnRkzepQ' start as '...youtube.com....'

Anyway, perpetual motion and free energy device don't work, never have, never will. You just never really get anything for free from this world, regardless of what the socialists promise.

There are already hand-cranked generators for charging cellphones, with a built in flashlight as well. Lot of cranking, not sure how many hours it takes for a complete charge, but a lot of physical work. Not sure how a clockwork mechanism would improve it's efficiency. I'm pretty sure the self-winding feature in some watches, doesn't scale up sufficiently, to be useful for power generation, least not enough to charge a cell phone. Only self-winds when in motion, and a watch takes very little to keep time.

As far as someone to build it for you, seems a little doubtful. I've never tried, but there is a thing call 'crowd-funding' Kickstarter.com might be an option. Not entirely sure how it works, but have seen it mentioned many times. There is GoFundMe.com as well. There are quite a few others, just the two that came to mind. You should Google for the actual links, since I may have misspelled, or missed a character or two.
