Article about "re-pubic-lick-un cruelty":
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/06/30/opinion/understanding-republican-cruelty.html?src=trending&module=Ribbon&version=context&region=Header&action=click&contentCollection=Trending&pgtype=article

From the article:
Republicans start from a sort of baseline of cruelty toward the less fortunate, of hostility toward anything that protects families against catastrophe.
In this sense there's nothing new about their health plan. What it does — punish the poor and working class, cut taxes on the rich — is what every major G.O.P. policy proposal does. The only difference is that this time it's all out in the open.

Just like the Obama Health care plan did.

The thing needs to be abolished so the free market can work.

The health care insurance businesses ARE collapsing. They are getting out the Obamacare program as fast as they can. The bill the Republicans have put forth does nothing to fix that.

The psychotic doesn't know that because he couldn't see his hand in front of his face. If the Republicans don't pass the bill fine. Obama-care is collapsing from it's own weight. Hospitals are closing or were until city and county governments starting keeping them open. But they aren't saying that. Just that all the other things that these local governments did with taxpayers dollars have ceased.

Meanwhile:
February 1, 2017 Arctic sea ice VOLUME was ~ 2500 cubic kilometers less than to date February 1, 2016. As a TREND, February 1, 2017 Arctic sea ice VOLUME is 10,600 cubic kilometers LESS than the average February 1, year sea ice VOLUME of the 1980's. Present Arctic sea ice VOLUME loss is 11,000+ cubic kilometers than the average for the 1980's. The energy to melt such a volume of ice (almost 22 kilometers by 22 kilometers by 65000 feet high) is about 37+ times the annual energy used by the United States of America. A thousand thousand thousand thousand ton iceberg just undocked from Antarctica.
Adding to:
New & old data is nice:
For 390(+?) STRAIGHT months, global Earth temperatures have been above the 20th century average. This has occurred DESPITE the solar TSI energy output being languid for decades, & below normal for 10 years (including a 3+ year period of low solar TSI energy setting a 100 year low). When the sun returns to normal (& it will because it has INCREASED very slowly for 5 billion years), AGW effects will increase strongly. In late 2016, the Present High Arctic Berserker, or PHAB, or FAB ( over- temperatures on nearly 4 million square kilometers of the High Arctic), jumped to 20degC over-temperature. MIND YOU!! This is NOT a local city temperature over say a 20 kilometer by 20 kilometer square. It is over an equivalent square almost 2000 kilometers by 2000 kilometers. Within the last 2 years in the MIDDLE OF WINTER, our Earth's North Pole heated above the freezing point of water for short times, on three occasions.

Assuming your numbers are correct: Do you realize that 390 months is 32 years? That this would mean that not only has the entire 21st century had temperatures higher than your so-called 20th century average but that over 15% of the 20th century would have been over this "average" as well. Not counting the fact that in averages you have half above a line and half below.

So by all means explain to us how this period of time could in ANY manner be considered "higher than" anything and not the actual normal temperature?

Like I said, the problems that re-pubic-lick-uns added to Health Care, hurt it. re-pubic-lick-un health care plans doom their present non-efforts. re-pubic-lick-uns don't want to care for americans..... the rich being the exception.

Its good that you don't pay attention to me. However, IF you were paying attention to me, you are correct that 390 months is ~ 32 years. The last month to be under the 20th century average was somewhere in 1986, I think. & you are correct again. ALL MONTHS in the 21st century were above the 20th century average. Stated another way...... not ONE MONTH since ~ 1986 has been below the 20th century average. Stated another way, as you have stated, ALL MONTHS since ~ 1986 have been above the 20th century average.

AGW denier liar whiners have said that cooler climate is coming, even an ice age, despite the ever rising Earth temperatures & un-powered by the long-term depressed solar TSI, from which AGW denier liar whiners declare a coming ice age.
First, AGW denier liar whiners need one year below the 20th century average to give credibility to "their coming ice age", which appears to be a pipe-dream(AGW denier liar whiners put potent pot in their pipes). Second, a two score set of years must be depressed below the 20th century average to really make the coming "ice age" take off. En total, AGW denier liar whiners bet that 70+ years of depressed TSI will cause their "ice age". In effect, AGW denier liar whiners depend on sub-solar energy to deny the AGW, which isn't even a balanced pool table...... or science. However, it is AGW denier liar whiner "sigh-ants".
