I have created, and housed in the Miscellaneous Documents section of Politiplex, a list of buzzwords (and otherwise unspecified/vague/undefined words) that leftists love to make use of, acting as if they are actually saying something substantive.

I have already made a start to this list, which provides a sampling of what I am talking about, but thought that I would immediately share it with the members of this forum, welcoming any and all applicable additions to it over time.

I recommend you consider the terms tmiddles REFUSES to define:

From The Official List of Questions for tmiddles that Remain Unanswered
5) What are the unambiguous definitions of "race," "negro," "black people," "white people," "brown people," "white supremacy," "white nationalsim," "white nationalist," "white supremacist," "black supremacist" and "racist"? [Status: Unanswered]

You might also wish to collaborate with Into the Night to simplify Mantra 22 to merely point to your list with a link.

From The Official List

22) Jabberwocky - Void Argument, Undefined Terms or Emtpy Buzzwords Fallacy
a) global warming
b) climate change
c) climate science
d) Use of 'expert' as a title of nobility.
e) net heat, net flow, etc.
f) pollution
g) greenhouse gas or greenhouse effect.
h) void argument fallacy
i) Use of random statements. Exercising stupidity or off topic comments.

Thanks... I purposely went to that section of the Mantra List to make sure that I got them all from there, but I forgot about the tmiddles unanswered questions question that asked about that very thing.

A simplified jabberwocky entry in the Mantra List linking to the newly created Quintuple L List ain't the worst idea that you've had

2020 was a year of vocabulary builders... Mostly, I ignore a lot of them, as silly word games by the left, that really don't mean any thing.

Systemic racism - police doing their jobs

White privilege - hard working Americans

Asymptomatic spreader -healthy people

Gender Identity - Confused, or inadequate

It's early, and a few more I'm not recalling just how they were phrased, or what they actually mean...

That one really confuses me. A normal person, infected, has some sort of immune response, eventually. if your body doesn't fight the virus, it will keep infecting more cells, and do tissue and organ damage. You'd have symptoms of the damage done. If you have no symptoms, you aren't coughing, sneezing or puking, and not spreading. The symptoms, are the immune systems response, as it fights the infection.

Exactly. That particular term (asymptomatic spreader) is meant to scare people who are illiterate in immunology.

I just now ran into another term (on another forum that I participate on) to add to the list... "the greater good"... Oh boy does that one come up from lefties often enough!

The 'greater good' phrase comes from Plato, who used this phrase (in Greek of course) to describe the 'ideal society', which was effectively a communistic society. Plato imagined an 'ideal society' where private property would be eliminated, and the nuclear (or traditional) family would be eliminated.

In other words, total theft of wealth by government, and no kid knowing who his parents really are, and raised by government.

Karl Marx used this model to push socialism and communism.

Socialism is, of course, theft of wealth. Communism is government ownership of markets. An intermediate step, fascism, is merely government manipulation of markets.

In all cases, the concept is to form a Utopia, an 'ideal society' where property is not owned and usually calls for abandonment of the traditional family structure and for children to be raised by government.

Democrats are currently in the process of implementing fascism by oligarchy by converting the federal government into the SODC.

Gays/lesbians are to be elevated above "deplorables", remember?

Other groups to be elevated above "deplorables" include but are not limited to:
--- "peaceful protesters" (iow Demonkkkrat militant activists),
--- black skinned individuals (brown skinned individuals are lumped in there too, but to a lesser extent),
--- individuals with female plumbing,
--- individuals who lie or are otherwise mistaken about their gender/age/height/species/etc,
--- individuals who are encouraged to mutilate their plumbing (and/or other aspects of themselves).
--- illegal immigrants / "refugees"

...and on and on and on and on...

"Deplorables" includes but is not limited to:
--- individuals who support Trump and/or the MAGA movement,
--- white skinned individuals (who refuse to denounce their "whiteness" and submit to "reparations" for the "past sins of their ancestry"),
--- individuals with male plumbing,
--- individuals who wish to adhere to biology and not accept the make-believe genders/ages/heights/species/etc that other individuals come up with to "identify themselves as",
--- individuals who discourage the mutilation of one's plumbing,
---individuals who discourage obesity and other forms of unhealthiness,
--- individuals who follow Christianity,
--- individuals who are "boomers" or otherwise elderly,
--- individuals who wish to adhere to logic, science, and mathematics, thus rejecting "Global Warming" fear mongering,
--- individuals who wish to adhere to immunology, virology, and engineering, thus rejecting COVID fear mongering,
--- individuals who wish to adhere to economics, thus rejecting price controls (such as minimum wage laws).

... and on and on and on and on and on...

Absolutely ... but I just noticed that there are three critical buzz-words that have been omitted:

1. "Moderate" - anyone who is an extreme leftist
2. "Far-Right" - anyone who is to the right of the extreme left, usually applied to conservatives
3. "Bipartisan" - comprised exclusively of extreme leftists or "moderates."

These terms fall under the category of deliberately not saying what one means and not meaning what one says. It is leftist dishonestly in the form of linguistic lunacy ... so I think they fit the bill, yes? Maybe I should have referred to them as "euphemisms" as opposed to "buzz words."

Is 'vegan' on the list? Noticed Walmart has a growing assortment of plant-based meat products. Which is encroaching on space normal used for real food. Price of meat products are holding pretty high, selection not as large, or appealing.

Just seems odd. The pushed the processed-foods are bad thing for decades. Now, through plant-based alchemy, the salad-sissy are trying to disguise it as meat. Sort of reminds me of a movie called Soylent Green, where fresh food was scarce, and the only food, was a processed mix of anything with nutritional value. Mainly people, who died of starvation... Nobody knew of the secret ingredient, until later in the movie.

I'm not sure that's leftist so much as it is marketing ... to the salad-sissy target audience. Kind of like "organic" and "gluten-free". I don't think it will be long before you can get "gluten-free" gasoline in 92-octane.

Part of climate change/green new deal, is to eliminate meat production. Methane is a major 'greenhouse' gas, as well as offensive in poorly ventilated areas... Both suggest adopting a vegan diet.

I think that IBD has defined these words pretty well (as he has yanked away the buzzword curtain and revealed the truth), yet in my experiences lefties have denied his provided definitions.

I'm willing to bet that Joe Manchin is being labeled "far-right" (or a similar buzzword) as we speak because he's not willing to vote for the current 6uild 6ack 6etter bill. -- and I do recall Psircle back Psaki claiming not too long ago that the non-infrastructure bill was "bipartisan" (in which she used the word precisely as IBD has defined it above, but she denies his definition of the word, so she's using it as a buzzword atm).

Since you have defined them, they are no longer buzzwords. Except, of course, for those that do not accept your definitions.

These terms fall under the category of deliberately not saying what one means and not meaning what one says. It is leftist dishonestly in the form of linguistic lunacy ... so I think they fit the bill, yes? Maybe I should have referred to them as "euphemisms" as opposed to "buzz words."

I consider them all to fit the bill and have added them to my list.

Too often have I seen lefties mindlessly throw around the word "moderate" as if they are somehow distinguishing themselves from fellow lefties, and too often have I seen the words "far-right" (or some variation thereof) mindlessly thrown around. Psircle back Psaki is a prime example of using the word "bipartisan" as a buzzword.

It's not on the list and I wouldn't consider it to be a candidate for the list because the people who use it do tend to have a clear definition for what being a vegan is. -- It's just incredibly stupid and harmful to one's body to be a vegan.

Meanwhile, a word like 'the experts' makes the list because lefties who use that buzzword never specify precisely who these people are, so we're just left to wonder who the fugg they're even talking about.

Bingo. A main part of the "climate change" "build back better" agenda is global depopulation, and shifting people off of meat-heavy diets and onto a vegan diet is a great way to destroy the health of people.

Any time "build back better" is said, one must remember that in order to "build back better", the thing(s) being "built back" must first be destroyed. Destruction of some sort is going to occur. With regard to "climate change", destruction of current energy systems must be done (oil, coal, natural gas, etc.) so that wind and solar systems can be "built back better" so we can be "net zero carbon by 2050". See how that works?

There's good reason why I tend to type the words out as 6uild 6ack 6etter... That ties into my Christian faith, you see...

Sometime to create, one must first destroy.

No, 'buzzwords' is the correct term here. They don't accept your definitions (yet they tend to use them as you defined
). You can also use 'euphemisms' if you prefer.

I think this should answer your question.

I thought it prudent to celebrate the fact that my list of buzzwords is now up to a whopping 398 unique entries... knocking on the door of 400, baby!

The latest two entries, and I'm surprised that I didn't have them on my list yet, were "people of color" and "disproportionately affects people of color / black people", as I just ran into these again this morning on one of the numerous forums that I participate on.

It's satisfying to see what this list has become... growing from a little seed into a great big ol' tree.

I can't access the list at my current location. Is "justice" on the list, i.e. "some leftist judge has ruled in our favor somewhere."

What about "backlash", i.e. the entirely anticipated pouting and temper tantrums of the few people who are triggered?

What about "pride", i.e. anything having to do with LGBTQIAMSPROSYME

What about "renewable", i.e. "sporadic and entirely insufficient"?

What about "sustainable", i.e. "wholly unsustainable."

What about "revolutionary", i.e. it doesn't actually exist *or* it actually doesn't do anything?
