And technically speaking federal elections should be on federal land under the government's control. Otherwise this creates a conflict between states rights and the federal government controlling a state election.

I do support the electoral college as each STATE is fairly represented which was the intention. And yet citizens cannot place an initiative on the federal ballot like they can a state ballot. What defines being a legal resident.

And I bought myself a new keyboard and mouse. And now about the last place to clean up around is around my computer.
