Won't mankind eventually run out of fresh water if Antarctica keeps hogging fresh water?

Every year, the precipitation over Antarctica becomes yet another layer of ice. Each year between 1992 and 2001, Antarctica hogged an additional 112 billion tons of fresh water from mankind. Antarctica does only harm to mankind and all living things that need fresh water. Antarctica is a fresh water hog. I say, nuke Antarctica and free up the fresh water. What say you?

Based on this post and many others, I'd suggest some education, some schooling.

Seems like you need some pretty basic chemistry, pretty basic physics, some pretty basic biology. Avoid any climate science, need the basics first.

I can't think of anybody else above the age of ten who'd think melting a polar icecap would help increase the world's freshwater supply.

It's a good thing people burning fossil fuels is making tens of billions of tons of fresh water every year. Burn one methane molecule makes two water molecules.

It is important that basic sums are done by people before they spout drivel.

The amount of ice mass changing, either growing or falling, is utterly insignificant in comparison to the world's oceans.

The rainfall we get has nothing to do with the ice on the poles.

Stop spouting drivel.

You are completely failing to recognize the methods by which fresh water comes about.

One way is to freeze ocean water, yes.
Another way is to evaporate ocean water.

As long as you have oceans, you will have fresh water. You can't stop it.
