Global Warming seems to be setting an endless streak of cold records. This time (Tuesday) the Hudson Valley was the recipient.

My question is, how does Global Warming choose who gets the freeze each time? Is it like a lottery? Does Global Warming consider it to be a boon or a bane?

.

Global Warming: The preferred religion of the scientifically illiterate.

Ceist - I couldn't agree with you more. But when money and religion are involved, and there are people who value them above all else, then the lies begin. - trafn

You are completely misunderstanding their use of the word "accumulation"! - Climate Scientist.

The Stefan-Boltzman equation doesn't come up with the correct temperature if greenhouse gases are not considered - Hank

:*sigh* Not the "raw data" crap. - Leafsdude

IB STILL hasn't explained what Planck's Law means. Just more hand waving that it applies to everything and more asserting that the greenhouse effect 'violates' it.- Ceist

I like this question. It would be interesting, for instance, on calculating the odds a particular place will get a freeze like the Hudson Valley.

Global Warming wouldn't consider it. By itself it is just a claim. Those who claim it, though, would always make any freeze (for winter) or any heat wave (for summer) a bane. It's the only to justify preaching the alarmist message.

As for the alarmists, they are always a bane.
