Global Warming seems to be setting an endless streak of cold records. This time (Tuesday) the Hudson Valley was the recipient. My question is, how does Global Warming choose who gets the freeze each time? Is it like a lottery? Does Global Warming consider it to be a boon or a bane? . I don't think i can [define it].
