Agent Ross was NOT holding the cell phone in his LEFT hand, as I previously asserted. In the moment of absolute terror for his life, rather than moving his torso back to be above where his feet were planted safely out of harm's way, what did he do? He transferred the phone to his left hand so he could draw his gun with his right hand. What other choice did he have to protect public safety?
