Only thing they missed out, is how often these blades are expected to fail, lifespan for typical use. I'm sure wind farms in areas with large bird populations, will fail much quicker, least at first, but should get cut down, over time... Of course, wind farms tend to be out in the sticks, near where inbred hillbillies live. Suppose there will be some heavy losses, do to target practice. Probably a lot of fun, even more fun with an AR15... Basically, though, the blades are either fiberglass or carbon composite, which don't recycle easy, don't really rot. I like some of the ideas for cut them up for other uses, like building materials. I suggested they be used on the border wall... |

Hack-A-Day comments are being censored again... I've tamed my comments there, and still got deleted by the the greeners. I'm careful not to write anything offensive, and should be easy enough to validate with a simple web search. Guess point out weak points, isn't green enough for some, spoils the delusional fantasy. |
