Wait I think that this guy works out at LA Fitness in NJ, or at least some of his drugged up trooper/local/federal partners, pretending to use HRT prescribed by the local Dr, pusher prescribing testosterone cypionate 200mg per week, but if they buy the same drug from Tommy they will only test positive for the HRT. Don't worry he will be acquitted because if he sings we will have the incredible shrinking dumb cop syndrome. Cops are just so bright as they applauded their hero who likely shot himself or he pullled up behind Al Pacino.

New York State Police say they are now conducting two investigations into Long Island State Trooper Thomas Mascia, who claimed he was shot in the leg while on the job last week. Authorities announced Wednesday that there is a massive, far-reaching criminal and internal investigation into the trooper's story, which they no longer believe.

IBdaMann claims that Gold is a molecule, and that the last ice age never happened because I was not there to see it. The only conclusion that can be drawn from this is that IBdaMann is clearly not using enough LSD.

According to CDC/Government info, people who were vaccinated are now DYING at a higher rate than non-vaccinated people, which exposes the covid vaccines as the poison that they are, this is now fully confirmed by the terrorist CDC

A bar of pure gold is not considered a molecular compound because gold exists as individual atoms in its elemental form, not as molecules. In molecular compounds, atoms are chemically bonded together to form stable structures called molecules.

Swan happens to be correct about the science on this one.

Gold in pure metallic form is NOT a molecule according to chemistry definition.

Water, H20, or hydrogen hydroxide if you prefer, IS a molecule. It is two or more atoms held together in a stable structure by COVALENT BONDS.

Salt, NaCl, or sodium hydroxide IS a molecule. It is two or more atoms held together in a stable structure by IONIC BONDS.

Gypsum, CaSO4, or calcium sulfate IS a molecule. It is two or more atoms held together in a stable structure by BOTH covalent AND ionic bonds.

Bonds weaker than covalent or ionic do not qualify as molecules.

Ice, H20, or hydrogen hydroxide, is comprised of multiple individual water molecules held together in a stable structure by HYDROGEN bonds. Each H20 within the ice crystal is a molecule, but the ICE is NOT a molecule. Hydrogen bonds don't count to make a molecule.

Pure metallic gold, Au, is comprised of multiple individual gold atoms held together in a stable structure. A structure stable enough for electrons to pass freely between atoms. The individual gold atoms are attached to each other. But they are not held together by either covalent or ionic bonds.

The bonding between the gold metal atoms is strong enough to attract them together, but nowhere in the same league as covalent or ionic bonds. These "metallic" bonds hold pure gold in a stable structure you might even call a "crystal". But metallic bonds between atoms don't qualify for molecule status.

Heck, we would have to call ICE a "molecule" with its hydrogen bonds, if we loosened the rules enough to let gold get in with its metallic bonds. Then the wax lovers would insist the Van der Waals forces bonding holding their paraffin molecules together in a stable structure would make WAX a "molecule". And the molten iron-nickel core of a planet, with those metallic bonds everywhere, would make the whole damn core a MOLECULE.

Definition of "molecule": Two or more atoms held together in a stable structure by COVALENT BONDS or IONIC BONDS. No other interatomic bonding qualifies.

However, covalent versus ionic is not strictly binary.

Water, H2O, is the chemical known as hydrogen hydroxide.

It is PRIMARILY covalent in the bonding between the oxygen atom and the two hydrogen atoms. BUT it is ALSO ionically bound to an extent. An extremely tiny fraction of those water molecules (in solution) will dissociate into hydrogen ions (H+) and hydroxide ions (OH-). So the molecular bonding in a water isn't strictly covalent or ionic. Hydrogen hydroxide can split up into ions, otherwise being held together by ionic bonding. But water molecules are mainly being held together by the strength of COVALENT bonding.

Acids, bases, and salts can all dissociate into separate ions, positively charged cations and negatively charged anions. Water is perhaps the weakest ionic substance in nature, with only the tiniest fraction of it ever dissociating into separate hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions. This makes water and extremely WEAK acid, and extremely WEAK base, and an EXTREMELY WEAK buffer.

Dust bunny collectors might demand equal rights for molecular status when macromolecules loosely attach to each other through London dispersion forces.

And the solid, center "inner core" of the Earth, with those metallic bonds between all those iron atoms in a solid, stable structure.. It's a slippery slope, folks! If we change the rules now to call solid gold a "molecule", before you know it, the whole damn "inner core" of the Earth is a MOLECULE.

Let's try to be fair.

If a solid gold bar gets to be a molecule, can we let fluoride be a chemical?

Just a one-for-one trade.

We won't try to call ice crystals molecules at this point in the negotiation.

Okay, so the metallic bonds in the gold bar get to count as covalent, but that does NOT apply to the metallic bonds that would make the Earth's "inner core" one giant molecule.

Let us just have fluoride be a chemical, so we can at least talk about it regarding RFK Jr being able to do something about it in the water supply.

I don't see why he would have any motive to shoot himself in the knee.... Maybe it's gang related connected to all his trafficking in guns and drugs!

Donald Trump himself used the word "fluoride" to specify one of the tasks that RFK Jr would be in charge of.

People actually trained in chemistry would not claim that "fluoride" is the complete name of a "chemical". They would understand what Trump was referring to. But, apparently, the most important chemical fact to consider regarding fluoride in water is the fact that fluoride is not the complete name of a chemical.

RFK Jr reaches out for the kind of down to earth understanding of chemistry that isn't blinded by the religious dogma of university education in science.

He asks Into the Night for his advice on how to handle the "fluoride" task that Trump has assigned to him.

Clearly, the first order of business is to disabuse RFK Jr of any misinformation about fluoride's status as a "chemical". Now RFK Jr gets it. Now he knows that fluoride is not a chemical.

So, is the job complete? Is there anything ELSE that Into the Night should tell RFK Jr about the chemistry involved in the so-called "fluoride" issue?

Is it enough to know that "fluoride is not a chemical" to decide what the EPA should set as the maximum amount of this.... stuff to allow in drinking water?

Swan, d o you remember that thread you started, called:

"The FDA is literally making American children dumber with the poison called Fluoride"

I do.

I cannot understand how you have managed to avoid ANY actual comment on your supposed choice of subject matter.

It takes a LOT of fluoride to get it to behave as a "poison".

If a person drinks a LOT of water, it can also behave as a "poison".

Do you believe fluoride needs to be REMOVED from drinking water supplies where the natural source contains relatively high concentration?

Your presentation is cryptic, but it appears that you would advocate that RFK Jr discontinue ADDING fluoride to drinking water.

Are you at all concerned by the allegation that "fluoride is not a chemical"?

Do you even know what fluoride IS?

What is your intention with the thread you started about fluoride?

Do you even have an opinion about it now that Trump is putting in the hands of RFK Jr?

RFK Jr is anti science and anti vax.

You guys should have a lot in common.

But I suspect you actually despise RFK Jr, and see him for the nutcase he is.

Do you think that Donald Trump in his wisdom has some kind of method to his madness for Cabinet selection?

Is it not in the nation's best interest to have a highly respected medical science genius such as RFK Jr be given a mandate to "go wild on health"?

Okay, so the metallic bonds in the gold bar get to count as covalent, but that does NOT apply to the metallic bonds that would make the Earth's "inner core" one giant molecule.

Let us just have fluoride be a chemical, so we can at least talk about it regarding RFK Jr being able to do something about it in the water supply.

Natural/rainwater does not contain fluoride, it is added to the water supply because it is a trace element that the aliens among us needed, by now they are likely fully assimilated, with just certain genes separating them from us. They are having hearings in DC right now. Eisenhower signed a treaty with them, widely known if you are in certain circles. Any more questions

Plenty more where that came from

PS. The only remaining conspiracy theory, is that there are no conspiracy theories.

IF IT IS NOT A CHEMICAL, IT DOESN'T EXIST

Finally some clarity about why it is SO IMPORTANT to repeat, over and over and over, that something is NOT a chemical.

Whether or not it is the complete name of a chemical compound determines more than just whether the term is allowed for use in discussion.

The very existence of the thing depends on it being a chemical.

Take the terms "bicarbonate" and "carbonate", for example.

They can be ignored in any discussion of sea water pH buffering because they don't even exist.

Highlighted in bold letters in the discussion below is the explicit explanation.

It's not just that water itself is such a POWERFUL buffer, no other buffering is needed to prevent any potential ocean acidification.

It's because carbonate ions and bicarbonate ions don't even exist, because carbonate is not a chemical and bicarbonate is not a chemical.

Now it finally makes perfect sense!

No point wasting time, energy, or "bandwidth" discussing something that doesn't even exist.

-------------------------------------------------------------

So, is gold a "chemical"?

If gold is a "molecule", how can it NOT be a "chemical"?

Furthermore, if gold is NOT a "chemical", it doesn't even exist.

One very narrow definition of the term "chemical", as NOUN and not an adjective, would be "chemical compound".

In that extremely narrow context, fluoride is NOT a "chemical", because "chemical" is synonymous with "chemical compound".

Is gold a chemical compound? It HAS to be if it is a "molecule".

Some people claim that gold is actually an ELEMENT. Don't get me started....

No, it isn't. Fluoride is not a chemical. Again, you show your illiteracy in English as well as chemistry.

...deleted spam...

Gold is an element. It uses the symbol 'Au' on the periodic table of the elements (from the Latin word 'aurum', which is what gold is called in Latin).

A play on the Latin word for gold (as an adjective) was made in James Bond's Goldfinger. The antagonists name was Auric Goldfinger.

Yup. If it is not a "chemical", it doesn't do anything.

"Fluoride is not a chemical" (rewrite that sentence 100 times), so fluoride doesn't do anything and there is no point even using the word.

Nope. You just can't do it. Whatever "an alkaline" is, you cannot acidify it.

And thank you for informing me that "Water isn't gold or any other metal, dummy"

I was unaware of the distinction.

"Water is not an ion." No, it's not. But you don't need to keep responding to the voices in your head. Nobody else is claiming that water is an ion.

Those voices in your head that keep insisting that fluoride is a CHEMICAL... just ignore them. They can't read your posts anyway.

So gold is a "molecule" now... There's another Nobel Prize for you when you prove it.

Gold is a chemical element with the chemical symbol Au (from Latin aurum) and atomic number 79. In its pure form, it is a bright, slightly orange-yellow, dense, soft, malleable, and ductile metal. Chemically, gold is a transition metal, a group 11 element, and one of the noble metals. Gold does not form molecules however. Now on the other hand the Testosterone Cypionate that the police dept Dr. and duelly appointed drug pusher of the donut gang, is both a molecule and a chemical

IBdaMann claims that Gold is a molecule, and that the last ice age never happened because I was not there to see it. The only conclusion that can be drawn from this is that IBdaMann is clearly not using enough LSD.

Gold can form many different chemicals, bonded to other elements.

Gold fluoride, for example. AuF3. The (Au3+) gold cation is bonded to three (F-) fluoride anions in an ionically bonded chemical compound.

And that is despite the fact that fluoride is NOT a chemical!

Gold bicarbonate, in another example. Au(HCO3)3. The (Au3+) gold cation is bonded to three (HCO3-) bicarbonate anions in an ionically bonded chemical compound.

And that is despite the fact that bicarbonate is NOT a chemical!

Fluorides and bicarbonates are able to have chemical behavior without technically being "chemicals".

Science is just a word game.

Control the words and you can control science.

Deny the words and you can deny science.

If you've got nothing but denial to back up your science, then just make those pesky science words go away. They are meaningless buzzwords and gibber babble that cannot be understood because they are religious artifact nonsense.

Science is NOT that. That is NOT a chemical. It's NOT possible to measure that.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS CLIMATE CHANGE!

Maybe we can just PRAY it away.

Ah thanks for those examples.

Would you still say it is more rare for gold to form bonds with other elements than common?
