I got you but it's easy to say that. Would you actually do that?

Everything would be legal?

Would there be some violent enforcement other than the government?

Should monopolys be legal in business?

Yes. They are legal. If a monopoly gets too big, it becomes it's own worst enemy. It becomes a dinosaur without even a 2nd brain to handle the back end. It will self destruct. All it takes is some little company to come along and shoot it's kneecaps off with a product or service more responsive to the market.

Monopolies are self destructive when they get big enough. The ONLY way they can stay large and in charge is with government helping them to do it.

Collusion?

Legal. It's also called a 'partnership'.

Insider trading?

Legal. It's also called 'private stock'.
Selling public stock this way is a form of theft.

Fraud?

A form of theft and perjury.
