Of course a school or any faculty has to be paid for but its free to the user.

But its an opportunity to play semantic games and be obtuse.

No, it isn't. Parents pay school taxes to have schools to send their kids to.

School taxes is this some special tax on parents that they have in America?

Does not sound fair over here the budget comes from general taxation.

Planck's law describes the spectral density of electromagnetic radiation emitted by a black body in thermal equilibrium at a given temperature T.

Warren Buffett and Jeff Bezos probably wouldn't mind paying their fair share based on net worth. Bill Gates wouldn't either. ...
It's not capitalism or even a Republican ideal to give the powerful a lower tax burden than the less powerful, it's just classic corruption.

I saw this today:
Bill Gates: "I don't see any reason to favor wealth over work the way we do today," he wrote. It's "the clearest evidence I've seen that the system isn't fair," he said.
Also:
Buffett said he pays about 16 percent in income taxes, while any employee making between $100,000 and $200,000 typically pays about 20 percent in taxes.
