I've been at the WT sites in western Washington & Oregon, with turbines turning during puffs of wind of 3mph.... not prototypes AND generating power. Those WTs weren't even the newer, more efficient gearless WTs. Now if your Wind Turbines can tap the wind at 700 foot levels above the ground, more efficiently than the present 700 foot tall WTs, then I hope you make millions of dollars.
