..There are 2 devices you might consider. The first is the Atmos clock. https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/the-amazing-incredibly-affordable-atmos-clock-from-jaeger-lecoultre If there is no heat transfer then no work can be performed in that system because it is then that energy would be conserved.
..This 2nd device might be more closely related to what you are suggesting;

Heat doesn't 'transfer', it simply is.

Yes there is heat involved with this device. It is the energy from the Sun.
Work is being performed because heat is moving through the device. Interesting clock though.

The global climate situation is catastrophic. I think this idea needs more publicity. Is there anyone willing to help with this?

I live in Australia and we have had a bitter winter and look forward to some warmth. [The global climate situation is catastrophic.] What does this mean exactly is it too hot or too cold .

This means that there is a lot of water in the air. And sooner or later this water will pour out on your head. And on my head too.

We should coin a term for this effect.

I suggest "rain."

... or how about "precipitation" or just "precip"?

... wait! I know. Let's call it "Climate Change". It sounds awesomely ominous.

There is no such thing as a 'global climate'. Earth has many climates. Please describe how any climate is 'catastrophic'.

What situation? We've had catastrophic weather events since biblical times. The only change, is that instead of being men, and just getting over it, and moving on. Liberals want to throw a pity-party over every weather event, that ruins their 'happy' times. Quit your crying, makings, and get a real job, do some actual work to justify your existence. Crying and whining about the weather, has never changed it. Weather happens, and we have no control over it. We learn, we adapt, and we survive. Laying on the floor, crying like a little girl, is futile.

Humidity, clouds, and rain isn't even catastrophic. It sound like he wants to stop the rain.

Long as I remember the rain has been coming down. Clouds of mystery pouring confusion on the ground; good men through the ages trying to find the sun
And I wonder. Still I wonder, who'll stop the rain?
