What is to stop the USA from getting more loans to keep paying the old loans as they come due? Who is to say they cannot do that? If they have the authority, they can make whatever rule they want regarding this matter.

What is to stop the USA from getting more loans to keep paying the old loans as they come due? Who is to say they cannot do that? If they have the authority, they can make whatever rule they want regarding this matter.
This matter is beyond normal understanding of most of people.
It is not about loan, debt, money, wealth anymore.
It is about the "DIVINE WAY OF LIFE".
If you ask me or many high level entities a question of between "Money, Wealth, Economy, Nation" or "Human Development Evolution Ascension" ?
The the answer is the Human Development Evolution Ascension.
In another words: THE STRONGER POWERFUL set the rule and decide the way of life, not the weaker one.
And "strong powerful" involve in a lot of factors.
A very complicated subject.
I have more insight and secret information than all of you.
If you fully "knew" the plan, the full detail of my triple projects then you not only disagree but even strongly approve for the "USA bankruptcy", how crazy and funny ?!

This brings me back to my first point. Why would the USA ever declare bankruptcy when they have the authority to get more loans to pay off old loans that come due? It may be more moral for them to declare bankruptcy, but I wouldn't predict it would happen voluntarily.

This brings me back to my first point. Why would the USA ever declare bankruptcy when they have the authority to get more loans to pay off old loans that come due? It may be more moral for them to declare bankruptcy, but I wouldn't predict it would happen voluntarily.
The "higher level" entities decide the rule, the way of life, simply like that.
As I have said, even the USA have Canada and Greenland now, they would still have to declare bankrupt when the next World Financial System ready to appear/implement (with the current pace).
The priority reason is to wake up humanity.
Example:
The Gods of destruction or any very high level entities appear and tell the USA:
you have 2 choices:
1. Yellowstone Volcano Eruption.
2. Declare bankruptcy the USD.
Then what would the USA authority will choose ?!

The USD is a currency. A currency has no debt obligations. Bankruptcy applies to the USA, not the USD.
Furthermore, I must assume God is never going be on Earth demanding a currency go bankrupt (whatever that means) or else a volcano will explode. If the volcano God threatened to explode, did explode, and killed people, everybody would want to kill God for being a terrorist and murderer.
