Trump admitted in his most recent interview that the "SDTC" required him to be "rough" before he could get them to flood the fields.
Tulare County got lucky.
They gave Trump just enough of a fight to stop most of their fields from getting flooded.
Flooding cropland in the beginning of February is a GENIUS way to put fires out.
I wonder if there is a secret news network that has the REAL story of how those "Socal wildfires are still burning, moron."
The FAKE NEWS is pretending that the wildfires are extinguished.
The FAKE NEWS is also pretending that so-called "climate change" is why this never-seen-before destructive event was set in motion.
Sixty six years lived almost entirely in California, having worked as a US Forest Service firefighter, and having been directly involved in Sacramento-San Joaquin delta water projects all connected to Trump's "giant faucet".
Trump doesn't know shit about what is going on here.
Neither does Into the Night.
I hope they stop wasting all that good water to flood fields and fill that dry salty lakebed where the rest is all going. They'll just end up with a lake full of useless salty water. Never was going to LA, and will never get there.

This article from PATCH is consistent with all the other news stories.
Tulare Lake water could be used to fill a tanker which could transport the water for use in fire fighting somewhere else. But none of the fires are close enough to Tulare Lake for this to make any sense.
Tulare Lake water CANNOT be used for irrigation. More salt accumulates every time the Lake dries out. When new water is added to Tulare Lake, it instantly becomes too salty to use for crops
Basically, Trump got "rough" with California, to force them to simply WASTE literally BILLIONS of gallons of water to make some kind of point.
The point isn't exactly clear.
But it has NOTHING to do with so-called "climate change" does it? |
