Diet
You must have an better diet with some time restriction, you cannot eat whatever whenever you want just like those animals. Instead, you should only have 1-2 meals a day, and each meal is within 30-60 minutes.

An example diet for 7 days you should try:
- 1 Day: Freestyle eat whatever at whenever you want.
- 2 Day: 1 meal with only fresh raw fruits, vegetable, 1 meal with with cooked foods including both seafood and meat.
- 2 Day 1 meal with raw fresh fruits, vegetables, 1 meal with cooked vegan products only.
- 2 Day: both 2 meals only with raw fresh fruits, vegetables.

The amount of foods is up to your choice but eat as little as possible. Meat/seafood should never above 100 gram per meal.
Eat a lot of spicy/bitter/sour fruits, leafs as possible, they are the natural "cure" for all kind of virus, bacteria, toxin in human body.
Eat a lot of green leafs as possible, try green smoothie.
You can pick the eating hour/day you like and match with your daily business.

Foods you should avoid:
- GMOs foods, foods contain artificial chemicals such as processed foods.
- Raw or medium rare meat. All should be well done cooked.
- Coffee, tea.

No way am I going to burn a ribeye steak. I like mine medium-rare. Probably a little more to the medium, just where it's not bleeding on the plate, when you cut into it. Burned meat... Might as well just scrape some sort of critter of the freeway, and fry it up.

Magic wands, shave all hair, massage yourself, 30-60 minute baths... Most be trying to recruit James... Men don't have time for that sissy crap. I don't even shave my face, until it get's itchy, maybe 2 weeks, or if I need to look respectable. 10-15 shower is plenty. Soaking in a tub filled with filth, is a little gross.

If I would go to bed at 8pm, then I would be awake at midnight. I rarely sleep for more than four hours at any one time.

This is why I regularly go out hiking... I am an accounting assistant (mostly handling receivables), so I sit in front of a CPU screen all day, and then play on my phone and home CPU at other times throughout the day/week, so hiking on weekends (and some bike rides during the week every now and then) gives me a break from technology and a literal 'breath of fresh air'...

I only take drugs/medicine for treatment purposes, and while I got the flu vaccine for the last two years, I am now done getting that vaccine as well because I don't trust any covid and/or flu vaccine at face value at the moment.

Not bad advice actually... I've already been doing this for quite some time now.

No thank you. Vegan is not good for a person, and there is WAY too little meat products in such a diet. Personally, the majority of my diet consists of meat and animal products (beef, pork, chicken, cheese, milk, etc.), but I do have some pizza & some fries (or other potato product) once or twice a week, and I do have some fruits/vegetables here and there as well (usually apples, strawberries, corn, lima beans).

Doesn't sound like I have much of a choice then, eh?? Eat "as little as possible" is not good advice. Instead, I recommend that one eat until they feel satiated. Meat products are good for this because meat doesn't mess with your "hunger sensors" like carb-filled products do. It is VERY easy to overeat when eating carb-filled products such as pizza, fries, ice cream, doughnuts etc... but that is MUCH less of an issue when eating meat products such as hamburgers, steaks, chicken, ham, pulled pork, etc...

I personally eat 1-2 meals a day (usually one meal a day on weekdays and two meals a day on weekends) until I feel satiated and then I stop eating until the next day.

Too much fruit/vegetables... Spicy foods, while they taste good, give me heartburn if I eat too much of them or eat them too late in the day. My body does much better when eating mostly meat and animal products.

For steaks, I like mine at the very least medium done, if not medium-well (well done is fine, but not my preference). Like you, I just don't want it bleeding on the plate when I cut into it.

I don't metric conversions in my head much, democrat thing, I guess... Any way, at work today, I remembered a kilogram, is 2.2 lbs, so 100 grams of meat, is less than 4 ounces. So, I got to thinking that ain't a whole lot, hardly worth the effort. What sort of 'meat' would be about 4 ounces, and be something, that would make 'tough' foods more appealing. Maybe a bowl of Wuhan Bat Soup, or one small fried rat impaled on a chop stick.
