But I'm saying I believe his state of mind at the time, considering his charges, was sufficient motivation.

Trump will have great difficulty offering us anything equivalent to a Warren Report about Epstein.

That bulletproof Warren report was received with immediate disbelief by many, and provided many unknown nuggets of things that became immortal conspiracy theories. Zombie conspiracy theories. You can't kill them because they are already dead. But they keep coming back.

Perhaps we will see some magnificent public relations magic on display now, as the "bad apples" are forced to come clean and apologize to the King for spreading rumors they naively believed, but now realize were absolutely false. Leakers will be brought to justice and punished.

If they think nobody will remember who "stole" the underage girls from Trump's property so often he had to finally draw the line, and then draw it even more firmly when his buddy later hit on an underage Trump property guest, and then he really had to break up with that horrible sleazebag Epstein AGAIN when...

The Warren commission was a CIA operation to hide the truth so as to avoid a new American civil war. None of the real files were released and furthermore assasins do not make out firkin paperwork before or after shooting, so there were no files

So, Trump's "personal" attorney, who is also deputy Attorney General, meets for hours and hours with Epstein's groomer in jail. He can now tell Trump what she told him about Steve Bannon and all the others over whom Trump might wish to have leverage. She can testify that Trump himself couldn't POSSIBLY have known about Epstein's dirty deeds because they diligently kept the wool pulled over his eyes. Hard to see the orgy 20 feet away when your host has that soft wool thing massaging your forehead... Did they ever stop HER from continuing to scout for prey on Trump's property. I can only imagine the most benign reasons why they broke so many rules to move her into the cushier section of Club Fed.

The US government already knows everything that happened because they were part of it, as was Clinton. Wake up

The new witness in question was minimally cooperative with the investigation, until last month. Multiple perjuries, but mostly just unwilling to say much until now. It is implausible that the official file contains things that only she knew, because she is the only one who knows and still proclaims innocence. She certainly didn't give them anything they didn't already have. Perhaps until now.

She is free now to say self incriminating things, real or imagined. She is incentivized to say things, real or imagined, that will please the guy who made it clear he is keeping an open mind to a pardon.

So when they dot the last "i" and cross the last "t" they will give us a full report.

It is unlikely that more than 50% of the voters will buy it, regardless of whether it is the unvarnished truth or a transparently corrupt whitewash.

Whatever explanation they give will only spawn more dissatisfaction.
