While http://www.drroyspencer.com/latest-global-temperatures/ shows a small warming trend it is FAR below the NASA publicly released temperature charts. Moreover, this same freezing cold conditions that we have been going through in the USA have been occurring in Europe. It has been winter in the southern hemisphere.
