I too believe that the entirety of the earth's surface, at one point, was a molten "hell on earth" and so there were obviously no seasons as we perceive/recognize them today. Of course all of this ended once the earth's surface cooled and formed a solid crust. Then we had seasons in all their glory ... except there weren't any trees quite yet to lose their leaves in the fall for the stromatolites to rake into piles and play in.  Now, for those who don't share our particular speculation of the past, you and I might have an uphill battle convincing them to believe as we do. . I don't think i can [define it].
