Especially if you consider that the CO2 is being said by NASA and NOAA to lead to positive feedback. It that were the case why wouldn't any past fluctuations lead to the unbreakable positive feedback and the Earth reduced to an ash.

So any positive feedback could ONLY occur between the levels of approximately 0 ppm and perhaps 100 or slightly less ppm.

This also underscores my earlier claim that there is no energy in the bands that CO2 absorbs in. So this small amount of energy is either radiated to the next CO2 molecule of far more likely conducted to the next adjacent atoms that compose 99.06% of the atmosphere simply by collision and losing the energy that otherwise might be radiated.
