If Trump and his team believed they had ANY chance of remaining in office by enlisting the court system to help them would they be talking about martial law as a means of retaining power?

The main play has not been the court system, but rather the State legislatures... Trump has said that the martial law chatter is fake news.

What is they are putting in the Kool-Aid? Sure makes some people soft between the head-handles. It's been the democrat party, inventing so much garbage. They started, before ballots were even cast, about Trump would need to be escorted out of the White House. Like the somehow knew, there was no chance he could win. Trump will abide by the courts decision, and obey the law, as he always has. There was an abundance of questionable acts, during this election cycle, and Trump is doing the right thing to ask the courts to resolve those issues. As with quite a few, high-profile cases, it comes down to who has the best lawyers.

Martial law, is insane bullshit. Trump couldn't order it, if he wanted to. Our REPUBLIC, was set up, so the president, or an single branch, had that sort of absolute power.

There is aslo a lot of blackmailing going on with those cases. Some of those judges might have had visited the pedo island. Some fear for the life of their family members.

Correct. To ensure the Commander-in-Chief has full operational command of the military while ensuring Congress retains control of the military (wrap your head around that logic) the operational chain of command flows from the President through the civilian Secretaries to the Combatant Commands ... while administrative and fiscal oversight flows from Congress through the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

When the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff gives a press conference, the President does not tell him what to say. The Chairman's boss is Congress. Yes, the Chairman addresses the President as "Sir" but the Chairman is not in the operational flow of command and the President does not give him orders. The Joint Chiefs of Staff exist to control the funding to the military and they are locked into that bureaucracy.

Just an FYI.

Trump isn't talking about martial law. He has no authority to implement martial law.

Democrats like to keep their faithful follower poor an scared. Surprised they aren't pushing to legalize euthanasia, fully covered by Obamacare. They want ObamaCare to cover killing babies, why not the elderly, and the mentally unstable?

Is living in your basement, and never interacting with others, out of catatonic fear, really living? If you check your sources, it's the democrat party doing all the martial law talking, as if Trump actually brought it up. Can you find a source, where Trump actual said it?

I heard them discussing it on CNN, but they didn't show a clip of Trump saying anything about martial law. I only get CNN at work, 15 minute break, maybe I missed the clip. They do tend to drone on, with their hatred of our President, and our country.

Here is the quote from General Michael Flynn I saw which seems applicable to this conversation.

"He could immediately, on his order, seize every single one of these [voting] machines around the country. . . . He could order, within the swing states, if he wanted to, he could take military capabilities and he could place them in those states and basically rerun an election in each of those states. "

Stating what you could do and what you intend to do are two very different things, no?

Also, Flynn said it, not Trump, but in your perpetual ignorant blissful gullibility, you fell for the fake news.

By the way, these machines SHOULD be seized. What's wrong with having a look if there is nothing to hide?

You must understand that if anyone even discusses how martial law isn't going to happen, keepit calls that 'All Over the Internet' as a proof that Trump is actually considering any such thing.

I am not convinced Flynn said it either. The State legislatures already have the ability to order these machines seized and and investigated, and lawsuits could cause the same thing.

Democrats as a party support euthanasia ... just the politicians believe that publicly supporting it is not yet a path to victory/power like open borders, raising taxes, unlimited abortion and Climate Change.

But the time is coming. Don't be surprised when the DNC uses the MSM to give the appearance that the American people demand euthanasia, via fake polls and heart-wrenching human-interest stories. Then Democrat politicians will publicly voice their support to address the "basic human right" that hateful Republicans are withholding from "our most vulnerable" while citing conservatives' natural tendency to want all regular folk to just fuuk-off and die.

So yes ... Democrats want euthanasia but now is still not the right time for a public push.

So, Flynn wasn't in on the martial law conversation with Trump. Not sure of the context of your quote, which is common fake news technique. Was it even from this year, or several years ago? Flynn, is no longer a government employee.

I was going to get on him too about his denial that the Secretaries of State have already certified the electoral votes. He keeps spouting his crazy conspiracy theory that the State legislatures are going to somehow conjure up some magical plenary power to hijack the Secretary of States' certification of the electoral votes that has already happened. Sheesh.

Then he tries to claim that Trump somehow is not a racist dictator desperately clinging to power and that his imminent Marshall law decree is somehow "fake news."

Then he claims that water is an excellent conductor of thermal energy.

Does it ever end with him? This is how he behaves when keepit has him up against the ropes. Next he'll be saying that printing dollars increases the number of dollars. He's just desperate because there is no evidence whatsoever of widespread voter fraud making it safe for us to not wear facemasks.
