If Biden drops dead, before taking the oath, does Trump get another 4 years, by default?
He's got about three months, to hide in the basement, staring at son's crack-pipe collection, and thinking about what the next four years are going to be like. Of course, it's not final and official yet. Still recounts and court rulings, it was close, and could be ripped out of his hands at any moment...

Please don't forget that President Trump is 74 himself. The DNC would be allowed to select a new president elect. And most states have laws that basically requires their electoral voters to agree. As for those laws, the Supreme Court has already heard those cases and found in favor of the states.

Very true.

There is a process and court rulings yet to come.

The first state certification deadlines are Nov 10 running through Dec but I think a judge can interfere with that if there is good reason.

I'm very glad there will be a full recount in Georgia which has repulican control across the board. So the fraud issue will, hopefully, be thoroughly examined to the satisfaction of most people doubting our system.

At the end of the day, if Pennsylvania holds up, there's nothing President Trump can do to change the outcome of the election. States like Michigan, Georgia, Arizona and Nevada won't matter.
It's odd that he does not want ballots mailed on election day to count. At the same time, I doubt Biden can unify America. And with Mcconnell as Senate Majority Leader, I don't expect much to get done over the next few years. He won't work with a Democrat president.
This is where the constitution needs to be changed. A senator should not be allowed to say, I will work against the POTUS if he is not a Republican. This is clearly placing party over country.
Yet the constitution gives him the power to control the POTUS.

I think it's funny the way that people like you have no problems with Senate Majority Leader Mcconnell wanting to make the US like Kentucky (one of the poorest states in America) or like China.

You did point out one oxymoron that Americans have. China is a capitalist county like the US but it's not communist like Scandinavian countries. That's because both the US and China have the world's 2 largest economies because of their willingness to exploit what they can for maximum profit today.
And if the Republican party has it's way, you'll pay for your own insurance when you retire because that's what capitalism requires. The GOP (government) shouldn't have to support you (SSI) or provide you with insurance (Medicare).
If you accept either one of those when you retire, then do know that socialist ideas will be supporting and taking care of you.

America was considered a joke, and taken advantage of, because of the democrats, long before Trump. You don't buy friends and allies, like your mamma had to do for you. Handouts, never help anyone to improve themselves, so they can take care of their own needs. They just keep coming back, and wanting more free stuff. Ever put food out for a stray/wild animal?

I've always work for a living, you probably have heard of that on TV, but no practical experience... I exchange my time and labor, for money. The federal government shouldn't be applying a 'charity' tax on my wages, to give to you, for sitting on your ass complaining about how little the government is giving you.

There was some funny business with this election. Don't think the President called our system a fraud. Not sure if there will be enough 'glitches', and illegal votes to change much. But, if there are some cases exposed, of intentional fraud...

I'm doubt anything is going to change that much. Remember that it was a very close election, at least half the country still value their freedoms and liberty a great deal. The left will tread lightly, or risk repercussions. Joe Biden is no leader, all talk and plagiarism. He'll just follow along, with what others have done in the past, and what the DNC suggests. The socialist agenda won't progress as you'd expect. Joe will mostly just re-brand a lot of the stuff Trump was working, take credit for everything already in progress, but I don't see him rolling out any radical changes, without major screw ups.

False dichotomy fallacy. Election departments are not republican or democrat. They are both. Kicking out Republican observers and counting mystery ballots with the blinds drawn is something the democrats in the election departments have done. Most of the fraud is happening in Democrat controlled States.

The GOP is POC (Party Over Country). They alone decide. It's odd in a way. Today the GOP might be like the Habsburg who ruled Europe for about 4 decades. They believed that it was their birthright to rule. That ended in 1806 and was the end of the Holy Roman Empire. And today, the GOP has the same relationship with the church. Kind of scary if you ask me.

The democrats own you, body and soul, as you are dependent on the government dole. You'll regurgitate what ever they tell you is the 'truth', to preserve your 'free stuff', and the promise they give for more. Your party supports killing babies, before they are born, simply because they are expensive, and inconvenient. How long before the democrats start euthanizing the none productive, drags on society? You are expensive to keep alive, and inconvenient, always whining for more free stuff. Can only squeeze so much tax money out of the working society, to pay for you to be a nuisance.

Religion is great. It teach people the important of good relationships between family, neighbors, and community. Instead of relying on the government to take care of all your needs, you have people all around you, who care. The government doesn't care, they just write you a check. You are at the mercy of your democrat masters. They decide how much money they send you, and when. What are you going to do, if you have a 'computer glitch', and your check doesn't come? Some how, you were recorded, as dead, you got cutoff. You have to prove, your identity, and that you are alive. Of course you will, and if you survive long enough, they'll even pay for the months you missed out on the free stuff. How many people live at the taxpayer expense, can go 2-3 months, or longer, without an income?

Face it, you sold your soul and freedom, likely got over-paid for it too... Republicans don't want to be slaves to a tax hunger government. The less money they leave in our paychecks, the less likely we can live independently later on. Taxation, just creates more 'James', needing government money to pay for their every need.

Socialism is bad. The democrat party keeps pushing that agenda, and slipping it into our government. Parasites like you, support it, because you believe not earning a living, is smart, and people punching the clock, paying taxes to support you, are stupid. Long as the government gives you free money, you think you're smart.

What do you figure on doing, when the free money stops coming? The cost of living keeps going up, but your democrat masters, can keep increasing your free money every month? Cat food, 3 for a $1.00?

Trump, and the republicans, want people to be self reliant, independent of government handouts. That's what freedom really means. You are at the mercy of your masters. They can cut you off, simply by telling the computer you are dead, and to stop sending your check. Something that can take months to get corrected. Least you can still vote, right?

Trump calls an election rigged without proving it in court.

Pretty much sets the stage for a loss of our system as you and ITN invest yourselves in that.

Apparently that is in question now.

No.

One can still vote, as Harvey said... What is being called into question, rather, is the meaningfulness of the Constitutional process of selecting a President (whether or not the Dems can just rig a national election in their favor, and whether or not State election laws, State Constitutions, and the U.S. Constitution matter). If this is no longer the case, and if Dems can rig elections in their favor, then the USA is now a banana republic, soon to be sold out to CCP control... If this is still the case, then we survive as a republic for a little while longer...

His legal team is compiling the evidence for the court cases and is filing them as we speak. A couple of really solid cases have recently been filed in PA and MI... They are available on the internet for your perusal...

Socialism IS bad. Falsely accusing people of socialism isn't so good either.

Democrats raise taxes (steal my paycheck), to redistribute my wealth, funding all the 'free' social programs, you and your friends depend on

then there are courts. Prove it or fail to.

Or do you and Harvey agree with Trump it's time to set aside our system of government?

Courts are not a proof either. Evidence is not a proof.

Lie. Trump is filing lawsuits to force election officers to properly process the ballots.

No one is falsely accusing you of socialism. You ARE a socialist.

Every developed nation in the world is socialist to some degree.

In the US we have loads of socialist programs: school, shelters, food stamps (60 billion), and publicly provided services.

The cheap shot here is using "socialist" in an attempt to draw an equivalence with totalitarian communism.
