It sure looks like Judge Gosnell is addicted to child rape. Incontinence also seems like a disease of addiction: weak loins, bad bloating, and perhaps consuming too much liquid in a short time period.

Like I said, I don't want there to be a ruling class of people who get paid to judge the lives of their fellow people.

But it is still worth considering, some people like judge Gosnell seem to believe they have the right to rape children, which takes some or all of the victim's life.

Only a pig makes excuses for other pigs. So again you chose this life, not me. Ask the judge that you report to if they have ever abused a small child?

I am not in a position to be asking judges if they are pedophiles.

It is my opinion judge Gosnell seems to be an addict. Does that excuse him? I think it shows the reason for his crimes.

Gosnell proves one thing, which is that all people who go into a court and call a judge that they do not really know, your honor, are f-uckwads

Anyway, back to my question, if addiction is the reason for Gosnell's crimes, does that excuse him?

Ted Bundy attempted to make such an assertion when he claimed to be addicted to pornography. The thinking goes: pornography gave him the urge to rape: he then had to cover up his rape by murdering his rape victim: he then became addicted to raping and murder.

I don't believe Bundy was wrong to blame pornography as a catalytic reason for his murder rampage. But as the fates conspired, on January 24th 1989, that did not excuse him.

Who am I to argue with fate?

First off, don't the loved ones of his victims have the right to vengeance?

Second off, even if his victims loved ones chose to forgive him, and just because he has a dominatrix to blame for his crimes, how does anybody know he would have quit his addiction to rape and murder if shown the light?
