I appreciate that people want to stop global warming and its effects, but whatever we do; it's irreversible.

Global warming is largely effected by the ozone layer; something we cannot fix.

Nothing we do will stop it from existing.

Just because you are delaying a problem, doesn't mean that you're solving it.

Irreversible it may partially be (tipping points and whatnot), but it is most definitely not solely caused by the ozone layer. Would you like me to explain how the GHE works?

Medical care only delays death, but it is incredibly invaluable.

The ozone layer is recovering to what it used to be - once it's back to normal, it'll have no effect on GW. (Well, no more effect than it did in pre-industrial times.)

This is entirely gibberish to those not of your religion.

I don't think i can [define it]. I just kind of get a feel for the phrase. - keepit

A Spaghetti strainer with the faucet running, retains water- tmiddles

Clouds don't trap heat. Clouds block cold. - Spongy Iris

Printing dollars to pay debt doesn't increase the number of dollars. - keepit

If Venus were a black body it would have a much much lower temperature than what we found there.- tmiddles

Ah the "Valid Data" myth of ITN/IBD. - tmiddles

Ceist - I couldn't agree with you more. But when money and religion are involved, and there are people who value them above all else, then the lies begin. - trafn

You are completely misunderstanding their use of the word "accumulation"! - Climate Scientist.

The Stefan-Boltzman equation doesn't come up with the correct temperature if greenhouse gases are not considered - Hank

:*sigh* Not the "raw data" crap. - Leafsdude

IB STILL hasn't explained what Planck's Law means. Just more hand waving that it applies to everything and more asserting that the greenhouse effect 'violates' it.- Ceist

There is no Global Warming as far as I can tell, especially one that relies on violations of physics as core tenets.
