Again it is clear the Blackhawk pilot was warned of the AA flight, just south of the Woodrow Wilson bridge. The visual was repeated as approved. The Blackhawk pilot was also told what runway the plane was going to land at. This was a very accurate pinpointing of the AA flight and its path. Given this, there does not appear to be any good excuse for the Blackhawk to then cross paths with the AA flight.

Looks like it wasn't until the last second or two that the AA flight noticed the Blackhawk, then tried to pull up to evade it. But it was too late. The Blackhawk appears to have very much blind sided the AA flight, turning southwest at the very moment the AA flight turned northwest.

As this seems to be a Kamikaze flight, perhaps we should be wondering how the pilot's mind became corrupted.

There is no excuse for well trained Blackhawk pilots flying over DC to not know where the Woodrow Wilson bridge is.

There was no suicide as everyone on the helicopter is alive and well, with new names
