Define 'global warming'. River deltas silt up. The island isn't sinking, the river is being directed over it and it's eroding (to become part of the silt that causing the problem in the first place!). Want to save the island? Dredge the river and create a channel for water to flow in. |

[Global Warming Adventists] say global warming has caused melting snow and ice to swell the rivers, and the sea level has risen. Christians, on the other hand, are smart enough to know that it isn't Global Warming that is causing the island to disappear. They have known all along that it is part of God's plan. Scientists, on the other hand, seem short on answers as they himm-and-haww that "that's just what happens over time with rivers". Heck, what do they know? |
