So let's say they ban fossil fuel use for themselves, that means all their fossil fuel export to China. Supply goes way up. Demand remains the same. So cost of fossil fuel goes way down in China yes?

Doubt it'll be as cheap as you might think. You buy Iranian oil, but is it cheaper? The sanctions and restriction make it about the same, least the cost of doing business with Iran, makes it so. The Climatologists plan to make fossil fuels too expensive to buy and sell, through similar means. Supply and demand aren't going to figure in the same way. For everyone giving up their favorite fuel, they have to pay more for everything else, and need money. China will still be able to buy fossil fuels, but it's still going to be expensive, just like Iranian oil, for the same reasons. There will be 'blackmarket' deals, but an oil tanker is a pretty big target, and easy to track. It won't be a constant or consistent flow. Cost money to be sneaky, also costs when caught cheating.

The US sanctioned China for buying Su-35 and S-400 from Russia. Doubt China cares about US sanction for buying oil from Iran either. America and China have been enemies since 1949 and it will be so for the foreseeable future.

China ain't ever having a carbon tax. If you read up on China history you know Chinese are a practical people, not an ideological people. Even if American climatologists puts carbon tax in America, they cannot do so in China.
