So that's a 'no'?

That means you just want to chant meaningless buzzwords.

The American Medical Association apparently thought it was a VERY good idea.

For many decades they maintained an artificial shortage of doctors by limiting their educational opportunities.

There was only so much room in American medical universities, and they weren't going to open up any new spaces to allow more.

One consequence is that wages for US doctors stayed artificially high due to an artificial shortage.

Another consequence is that we had to accept a LOT of foreign-trained doctors to partially fill in the gap.

So, by artificially limiting educational opportunities, those lucky ones who DID get into US medical school were guaranteed an artificially high wage.

Let's see...

If we go back to only accepting white males in medical school, we can make sure that they get the artificially high rewards they are entitled to by birthright.

God forbid they should just accept everyone who is qualified and let those who think they want to be a doctor have a chance to prove they have the skills.

Because equality would mean LESS FOR ME!

Here's another good trick.

Don't just limit the educational opportunities.

Require that they operate in a language that nobody uses.

OF COURSE you have to hire a lawyer. YOU don't speak Latin. You'll have no idea what they are talking about in court.

In summary:

It is NOT a good idea to limit educational opportunities, unless you are a member of the class that benefits from those limitations.

The American Medical Association does not determine college admissions or even medical school admissions.

They don't and never have.

Medical school is a college, not a university. Like all colleges, enrollment is limited.

What 'artificial shortage'? Who are YOU to determine doctors make too much money?

What gap?

The American Medical Association does not control university or college admissions. YOU don't get to declare what is a 'fair wage' for everybody.

Annnnnnnd now comes your racism.

They do.

You are not a doctor. You're an illiterate that somehow thinks he's 'educated'. NOW you claim to be a doctor of medicine???

Uh...wrong. Part of medical school and prep is learning Latin. You kind of need it in medical school, you see.

Conclusion based on false premise. Circular argument (not a fallacy).
