The 2016 Arctic sea ice, like the "again" record breaking ascending High Arctic Berserker temperature, is "again" losing Arctic sea ice, now 440,000KM2 LESS than any other satellite recorded year AND almost 2 million KM2 less than the same date average for the 1980's.
