Hi,
as there is different types of energy like Mechanical Energy, Heat energy,
Electrical Energy, Gravitational Energy etc.

I think Electrical energy is more used than other types.

All the renewables have to be better than further fossil fuel use?
I read a utilities internal report bemoaning the impact of solar on the U.S. utilities. It appears to be causing the comps to raise prices due to drop off in demand esp. over peak periods (the most expensive time of day to buy from them). They realise that if they raise prices more folk look to supplement their supplies with solar (and wind) and so even less energy is sold and so the cycle goes around again.
They worried that pretty soon the grid will only be kept for 'emergencies' and likened it to land line phones vs mobiles. In the 80's nobody considered not having a land line but today? how many folk use mobile instead?
Supply and demand will kill of dirty power as they price themselves out of the market?
