Please explain to me the meaning of vertical values
of temp graphs covering diffrent time spans.

Why begin from bottom of diagram with higher values
for lower temps - for instance -32. And with lower values
for higher medium temps f.i. -28. Degrees Celsius.

Perhaps if you would link to or copy the graph here, that question could be answered.

As a guess, it sounds like you are looking at negative temperatures. Since you seem to be using Celsius, that would mean temperatures lower than the point fresh water freezes.

Now I know: I did not read instructions properly.
Tempratures in graph are for Ice cores.
Not global temps.
Graphs for ice cores of course are
colder at the bottom of diagram, -32.5 degs Celsius.
And warmer at the top, -28.5 degs Celsius.
