Only 1 US coal plant has it. Only the John W. Turk Jr. coal plant commissioned in 2012 has it. It's expensive and requires government funding. America has no money to build anything. 22 trillion in debt and trillions in annual deficit.

It doesn't require government funding. Practically all coal plants in the U.S. have pollution controls. Coal is quite clean today.
