While Anglo countries shut their coal plants, making electricity expensive, move factories to China, China gets more coal supply and with more efficient ultra supercritical coal plants reduce coal demand so supply and demand makes electricity cheap.

Define 'climate change'. This is not a Chinese plot, as you are suggesting. If a nation is stupid enough to shut down it's economy, then obviously a nation that is NOT stupid enough is going to have an advantage.

Not a Chinese plot? Look at what is happened to Australia and Canada? Australia shut down its auto industry in 2017 and Canada is following suit. Meanwhile China's auto industry biggest in the world and growing.

Toyota is based in Japan, not China. Volkswagon is based in Germany, not China. These are the two largest automotive manufactures in the world today.

China is making a lot of cars these days, but it is nowhere near Japan, the United States (yes, we still build a LOT of cars!), and Germany. Don't overlook Mexico either. They also build a LOT of cars.

Ever think it strange that there are no Chinese cars in America, least not that I knows of, yet pretty much every car on the road has at least a few parts made in China...

Japan only makes a third as many cars as China does. Germany makes even less than Japan does. The US don't even make half as many cars as China does.
