Not only are we NOT going to boycott American products, neither is the rest of the world.

Obviously you aren't very bright and you don't know what 's going on. The fact that the socialists have been using the false claim of climate change (the SOB's in another article blames deforestation in Argentina on climate change when it was LOGGING) to achieve a one world government. Once in place these governments are all the same whether it was Communist USSR that murdered millions of Kulaks or Germany murdering Jews or whoever else it might be that opposes their will.

This is the sort of thing that you and your greeny brothers and sisters support.

How does it feel to be one of the world's real losers? How does it feel to be on the edge of being homeless and without a Teepee to call your own? Obviously it must be pretty bad because you couldn't hold a straight conversation to save your own soul. Take yourself off to the happy hunting ground.

Sadly for you, all of the media who are using these words are going out of business. But with your seriously deranged mind on drugs you probably haven't noticed that.

What is comical is the tears coming out of these people. They were hoping to be able to murder children in their beds to make more air for themselves. They were going to kill off half of the population of this globe so that there would be enough energy for them to run their air conditioners.

I'm thinking that a boycott to American products is coming, because the rest of the world doesn't care if we don't believe in Global Warming or that we should be responsible for repairing the harm we have done.

But being an American makes it a little difficult to sign a petition to boycott American products. I rely on them quite frequently, when I can't find something cheaper from China at WalMart.

And the rest of the world has every right to boycott our products. We are the most responsible for this mess we are in, because we are the ones who figured out how to use and market oil so profitably. We built the strongest nation on the planet while exploiting the cheap energy we produced from coal and oil. Now we act like a bunch of spoiled childish brats, who don't care about anyone but ourselves.

It starts with a boycott, and ends in war. They will divide our land, and kill most of us.

We would do the same to them, they were threatening our future, like we are threatening theirs.

Parrot, if you would read back through what you wrote, and substitute the word "greed" everywhere you used the word "profit" then you would see the problem we are in.

The "they" that I was talking about is the rest of the world. And no, as powerful as we have become, due to our greedy ways, we still can't defend ourselves against the entire rest of the world, if the rest of the world decided to join forces against us. Well, ok, with a madman at the helm like we have now, then it might be possible, but it would mean the end of everything.

And I know that boycotts, which are undertaken by the public, do not start wars. I didn't mean to imply that either. I said that was what follows their boycotts, because as you said, boycotts don't really work. But they do slow down businesses, and a boycott of all American goods worldwide, would slow our entire economy down, even though some people might still buy some of our stuff.

And I know that WalMart also sells some American made goods. Sometimes I go through their produce section and buy some too.

YOU said that you were older. But that posting of yours plainly showed a 17 year old mind. In WHAT universe is profit not a legitimate target? You SOB's don't consider your crawling and grasping theft to be greed - no, you call it looking for a decent wage. But SOB's will always be SOB's.

I don't have anything against WalMart. I shop there a lot. Well, not so much as I used to, before I discovered Meijer.

And no, I have no intention of organizing any kind of boycott. That's a stupid notion. How could someone within the US organize a boycott against US products?

But if things don't change, then I expect it will happen. And unlike what happens when a single business is boycotted, we will all get to feel it. People get laid off and don't spend as much. That slows down the economy, which causes more people to get laid off. It can turn into a complete meltdown of our economy.

And then, when that doesn't work, because of people like you Parrot, and your fkbuddy Wake, the rest of the world will make plans to destroy us. In fact, I'm sure you know that is going on already, just not by the rest of the world. A group of people known as Al Qaida has been around quite a while, planning their next move.

We should take their threat seriously, because Moses said that a group of people who weren't even a nation would bring down the mighty Jeshurun. That would be us, by the way. It even says they would use weapons of terror against us.

Did you know that their current leader is the guy who actually first proposed the idea of using airliners for an attack to bin Laden is now in charge of Al Qaida? That guy was bin Laden's spiritual advisor, before the 911 attacks. After that, he was promoted to bin Laden's chief deputy. His resume includes blowing up an elementary school that was in session. And he is a medical doctor.

I think we lost interest in him when ISIS broke away from his group, and went out on their own to create their own state. But he is still there, patiently waiting for the opportunity to present his next little surprise. And we have no idea where that guy is. As far as I know, we aren't even looking for him.

It's hard to accurately combine prophecies, but with that guy you can do it, because there was a lot written about his future conquests, if he is indeed who I think he is. But basically he gets to see his dream come true, and Jerusalem is no longer occupied by a Jewish nation and we are in a shambles because of our support of that Jewish nation. That foolish nation and our obsession with it is also mentioned by Moses. They are foolish for choosing the name Israel for the nation's name. They don't get to do that shit. The Messiah will build Israel. The real Messiah, not the fake one that got killed 2,000 years ago, after achieving nothing but the creation of Satanism.

Oh, and it's just starting to get bad for us then. It just keeps getting worse and worse until just about everyone is dead. It turns out that everyone who was fighting, was fighting for nothing, because the world will be rendered a desert. Not a pretty picture. And not something that I want to happen. It's just something that I am aware of will happen. And I am pointing it out so that you can watch it unfold as well. Because even though you think I'm a nutcase [or worse], you will remember what I said, and when you see it happening, you will say, Damn, I wish I had listened to that idiot.

What do you suppose would cause this rampant fear in a person who claims to be in his 50's?

He writes like a 17 year old and the True Believers are almost all Millennials. Do you suppose that he and James both have fatal conditions and are shaking in their boots?

Not one person in my family was afraid to die. Neither would they go quietly into the grave. They were kicking and screaming and fighting the entire way. What I'm seeing here is a fear of death that I do not understand at all.

No, I don't know how old terrorism is, and you don't either, since it is a tactic, and not something that can be dated, except through written testimony. Since men have been fighting since men have been living, it's not likely that there was any written testimony of when terrorism was first used. Terrorism can be something as simple as burning an entire village and slaughtering its inhabitants, for not paying their taxes on time. The rest of the villages will make sure they pay theirs on time. And the king won't have to send no tax collector out to get it neither.

And, believe it or not, it isn't Al Qaeda's plans to take over the world, or even a small part of it. That has a lot to do with why ISIS broke away from them. They do want to establish a Muslim nation, and that requires controlling some amount of land. On the other hand, Al Qaeda has never tried to establish itself anywhere. They are a bunch of nomads, who hide wherever they happen to be. Ok, maybe they do travel a bit to find the right hiding spot. But their mission isn't about world or even territorial dominion. Their mission is about removing western influence from their governments, and totally eliminating the Jewish nation that we have established in their presence, and on their most holiest of ground.

If you want a good read, casually read the book of Ezekiel, because it describes what the Son of Man's job would be, during the war that precedes the building of the Temple of God, which happens during the fulfillment of all the prophecies, including the destruction and changes. It's quite interesting. God puts the Son of Man against those who in control of Jerusalem during that war. If you know who the Son of Man is, then you should know that we are all in deep shit.

Best thing to do is stay the hell out of it. Build your safe place, and get ready for the shit to hit the fan. Because it is going to hit before this thing is over. I'm gonna say an partially underground home, like a Kiva would be ideal, built into some rolling hills. Maybe a greenhouse to grow your food in. Remote, as remote as possible, so you don't have to stock so much ammunition.

Also, find a natural source of water. And a natural source of fresh air might come in handy, for when the mountain blows up.

Water is already natural. What is an unnatural source of water (other than making it yourself out of hydrogen and oxygen)?

Air is already natural. I don't need to manufacture my own air.

Mountains blow up all the time. I've lived through it. I'm in the Pacific Northwest, you know. Remember St Helens? I was in Olympia at the time. It got as dark as night at midday. Left a mess everywhere and a bunch of dead cars that choked on the stuff.

We cleaned it up and fixed our cars (all they really needed was knocking the crud out of the air filters and a new air filter when we could get one). Life went on.

Longview and Kelso were hit hardest by that eruption, since much of the mountain wound up in their town. Those towns are still there, and people still live there. They fixed the I-5 bridge that was damaged by that eruption as well.

You go enjoy your bunker. The rest of us aren't paranoid.

No, I don't know how old terrorism is, and you don't either, since it is a tactic, and not something that can be dated, except through written testimony.

You just made my point for me. Terrorism is much older than Al Qaeda.
GreenMan wrote:
Since men have been fighting since men have been living, it's not likely that there was any written testimony of when terrorism was first used. Terrorism can be something as simple as burning an entire village and slaughtering its inhabitants, for not paying their taxes on time.

Such things often got written down too.
GreenMan wrote:
And, believe it or not, it isn't Al Qaeda's plans to take over the world, or even a small part of it.

Yes it is.
GreenMan wrote:
That has a lot to do with why ISIS broke away from them.

They want to take over the world too.
GreenMan wrote:
They do want to establish a Muslim nation,

They already have several.

They already do.
GreenMan wrote:
On the other hand, Al Qaeda has never tried to establish itself anywhere.

Yes it has.

Because too many people found them too radical and violent.

But their mission isn't about world or even territorial dominion. Their mission is about removing western influence from their governments, and totally eliminating the Jewish nation that we have established in their presence, and on their most holiest of ground.

That is part of their mission, true. Then to take over the world.

I choose to not live the paranoid lifestyle. If that's your thing, enjoy it.
GreenMan wrote:

It is obvious that you are a waste of time Parrot, because you can't teach an educated idiot anything. They think they already know everything, and they simply refuse to listen.

But for the sake of others that might be interested. Knowing that the shit is about to hit the fan isn't paranoia. Making preparations for the next shitty event is not paranoia. Don't listen to stupid people that look at the situation we are in, and say that people who are preparing for things to go south are paranoid.

No, they aren't paranoid, idiot. They are smart. They see two giant fists coming down, and one of them is bound to get them. One fist is the Carbon Tax. That's going to put a big drain on people's budget. And the other is the increasing heat, which will put a big strain on the grid, among other things.

That's just common sense, not paranoia, ****.

Paranoia affects people like Wake, who walks around with his shiny aluminum foil helmet, chewing on slivers of ice made from Everclear.

You think you know everything about volcanic eruptions just because you were near Mt St Helens when it went off. That doesn't make you an expert on volcanic eruptions, fruit loop. In fact, you have already demonstrated you ignorance in that area, so there is no point in going there.

A natural source of clean water is what I was talking about. Clean being the word I left out originally. Surface water is not safe to drink, following a volcanic eruption, so people will need a source of fresh water that doesn't require an electric pump. An artesian spring provides fresh water, and some provide fresh air also. You can capture air as it comes up with the water, and feed it into your home, if you are lucky enough to find the right type of artesian spring.

You mentioned that this is a Climate Change Forum, and not a Bible Forum, as your excuse to delete part of my previous text. You should know then that you don't need to give an excuse for deleting parts of text that you aren't responding to. You can just do it, and leave off the childish remarks.

I doubt that you will ever be able to eliminate the Bible or religious views from this forum, because they are both relevant to Climate Change, either in its prediction, or how people's attitudes towards are shaped by their religious beliefs. How we deal with Climate Change is part of this debate, and there are some useful bits of information that can be obtained by knowing what the prophets said. Feel free to ignore them, just like you do science, too. But trying to eliminate the use of prophecy in here isn't going to be as easy as making childish remarks about it, dweeb.

Indeed you recognize yourself as an idiot though you haven't shown us any education yet.

You have been the one quoting the bible and then complaining about religion in the group.

There is no climate change so your claims otherwise are nothing more than noise.

I know what I know. I don't get much involved with things I don't know, other than perhaps to study them.

Yes it is. There is no shit about to hit anything.
GreenMan wrote:

It is if you are predicting the doom and gloom like you are. Preparing for a shitty event is what insurance is for, and what taking reasonable steps to prevent (like worker safety, fire safety, etc.) are for.
GreenMan wrote:

There are no fists.

Carbon taxes won't succeed. Price controls of this sort never succeed. They always fail. People and companies either leave the affected area or the owners just retire early and close the company completely.

What is wrong with increasing heat? Don't you like blankets and house insulation? I find them useful in winter.

Heat does not put a strain on the grid. All of the attachment points are capable of dealing with any daily or seasonal thermal stress.

I don't think he even owns an aluminum helmet. If he owns any helmets at all, they are probably made from Cycolac. I don't think he's stupid enough to chew on something that is -170 deg F.
GreenMan wrote:
You think you know everything about volcanic eruptions just because you were near Mt St Helens when it went off.

I actually do know a lot about them. St Helens isn't the only one I've lived through. It was simply the most violent. The whole top of the mountain and much of it's side was blown away. That eruption was more devastating then usual because it came out sideways.

I used to live in Hawaii, you know. I've also seen the results of eruptions along the Denali chain as well. Some of those destroyed the whole mountain.

I know what a volcano can do.

GreenMan wrote:

Actually, in many ways, it does.

Generic futile claim.

Clean being the word I left out originally.

Are you saying your city water is unclean?
GreenMan wrote:

It sure is. I actually use St Helens ash to purify drinking water with. It's a popular material, used by the City of Seattle Metro system, San Diego public water supply system, and quite a few other towns. The stuff is great for purifying water.

I have no plans to eliminate the Bible. It just doesn't have any place on a forum about climate.

The Church of Global Warming IS a religion. That IS relative to the discussion on 'climate change' (which you still can't define).

The 'prophets' of consequence to this forum are those attached to the Church of Global Warming.

I have no problems belittling your 'prophets'. The Church of Global Warming is a religion. It is false. Your 'prophets' are wrong. Your scripture is wrong. Your gods are false.
